Do you want to skip the step of sewing or otherwise binding pages together for a book or wall hanging? You can do just that by pulling sheets of wet fiber and simultaneouly binding them together to create a variety of shapes, sizes, and imagery. You will work with wet fiber as paint using squeeze bottles, brushes, stencils, and free hand application. You will create at least one and possibly two pieces from pulp, working with wet fiber as concertina structure needing no further binding. These completed pieces can be sculptural and wall hung or used in a more traditional book format. Learn different concertina combinations; try making doors, pockets, windows, tabs, and shaped books—all in the wet pulp stage.
